[RADIATOR] Cannot download SNMPAgent - Bad URL

Hi Hugh,
The error is generated when I attempt to unzip the file with WinZip v12. I don't get beyond that point.

What process is giving the error below?
The file in question is a compressed tar archive containing source
code that must be compiled, built and installed in the Perl file
hierarchy.

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
