[RADIATOR] Radiator reply radius reject to NAS on behalf of failed IAS servers

Hi,

The radiator radius proxy to 2 IAS servers. In the event if the 2 IAS
servers are down, can the radiator reply a radius reject message back to the
NAS (on the behalf of the 2 down IAS servers). Does not seem to be able to
get this working.

Please advise and thanks.
