[RADIATOR] RADSEC error after upgrade to Radiator 4.3.1

Hello Patrick,
thanks for reporting this.
This was caused by the recently added LocalAddress support, which always
defaulted to 0.0.0.0 even when the Host address was IPV6.
This problem should be fixed in the latest patch set.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
