Hello Emanuel -
The easiest way to test is by running radiusd from the command line
like this (using your local pathnames of course):
cd /your/Radiator/source/directory
perl radiusd -foreground -log_stdout -trace 4 -config_file /your/
Radiator/configuration/file
.....
You will then see all of the Radiator debug messages as well as all of
the Perl error messages.
The error message you are seeing is due to some prerequisites not
being installed.
You will find the list of prerequisites listed in the various sections
of the Radiator manual, and in the example configuration files in the
"goodies" directory.
The Radiator manual is in "doc/ref.pdf" in the source distribution.
regards
Hugh

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
Have you checked the RadiusExpert wiki:
