(RADIATOR) Re: cannot open hotmail and ftp when use static IP address in radiator

Hello Scott -

I don't think this has anything to do with Radiator, rather it has to  
do with the routing and/or filtering of the different IP address blocks.

You will need to check how 81.199.170.2 and dynamic addresses are  
routed and/or filtered by the network equipment.

NB:

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/ 
radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
