(RADIATOR) Adding outer request attributes to inner requests before handler

Hello Craig -

You should use a PreHandlerHook in the outer Handler to add whatever  
you need to the inner request before it is redespatched.

See the example hooks in "goodies/hooks.txt".

NB:

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/ 
radiator)?
