[RADIATOR] 413 Request Entity Too Large

Hi Hugh,

I recently upgraded to Radiator 4.3.1.  I've decided to use the 
Web-based configuration GUI.  I'm encountering some problems in
Advanced -> Manual Edit.  When I click on 'Save Manual Edits to 
Configuration File', I get an error '413 Request Entity Too Large'

My radius.cfg is 16.6 Kb.  Is there a max size for the radius.cfg in 
order to be  'Manual Edit'ed.
