[RADIATOR] Support for WiMAX Accounting

I have spoken to the developers today and they are keen to work with  
you if you are prepared to do some testing of the early code to  
assist in debugging and so on.

NB:

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/
