(RADIATOR) Configuration and Web-Based tool

Dear
I'm a new radiator user, and about to move from Steel Belted to 
Radiator, but need some help regarding the configuration and web based 
tool...
Is there any one do PoD and CoA using the radpwtst using Redback 
smartedge 800?
for the web tool, i cant find the edit link under the Configuration section?
