(RADIATOR) Tacacs Command Accounting

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has command accounting enabled and pushing the 
Stop records out in to SQL. Will more than likely end up writing a hook 
to do this, but if I've missed it some where in the goodies, there's no 
point reinventing the wheel.
