(RADIATOR) Radiator4 serverhttp web GUI login failed

Hello Scott.
The error log shows that the HTTP port is not being operend. I suspect that 
Radiator is not running the congfiguraiton file you think it is.

Check that your Radiator command line -config argument actually names the 
configuration file that you want to use.
