(RADIATOR) Hooks

Hi All,

I can't seem to find the little bit of magic I'm looking for to ignore a 
packet, in a hook. ie it's met a number of conditions in the Hook that 
means I just don't care any more... it doesn't require an Auth response, 
it doesn't require Accounting, it should just go to /dev/null

Any tips? I'm sure it's a one liner.
