Hello Jack -
It is uaully much simpler to do this sort of thing with 2 AuthBy
clauses:
<Handler ....>
AuthByPolicy ContinueWhileAccept
<AuthBy LDAP2>
.....
</AuthBy>
<AuthBy SQL>
.....
</AuthBy>
</Handler>
