[RADIATOR] Some notes to <authby rsaam>

Hi Mike,

OK, so this authby rsaam is working differently than authby sql, ldap, ntlm or file?

Or is eap-gtc handled differently than eap mschapv2?

I think that at least with those methods and eap mschapv2 UsernameMatchesWithoutRealm is working also with eap-identity.

EAP-GTC uses the EAP identity, and UsernameMatchesWithoutRealm only adjusts
the User-Name and never the EAP identity.
