Unfortunately not (even accounting for your deliberate mistake - I'm 
using DefineFormattedGlobalVar rather than DefineGlobalVar :-) ).

Running a full diff over ServerConfig.pm, the newly defined syntax for 
DefineFormattedGlobalVar has change from "name value" to "name,value".

I see that Mike has just committed a working fix.

Mike: you still need to update your documentation 
(ServerConfig.pm:268-276) to reflect that "name value" is still what's 
expected.
