(RADIATOR)How to restrict one account to be used by one user

Hello
Is there any way Radiator used to restrict the account usage? To be used by 
only that perticular user? Use MAC address of any other way?any any way we 
can prevent the users to setup proxy server to share one account to get 
access to the network?
Which document or URL I can have more information on this?
