(RADIATOR) AuthBy FILE return "OK", but AuthBy SQL return "No reply" by using "mikem"

It is strange that it work fine if I run "perl /usr/bin/radiusd -config_file /etc/radiator/radius.cfg" under /etc/radiator directory, which has a dictionary file, otherwise "cannot find the dictionary file" display.
 
In other word, "cannot find the dictionary file" display when start Radiator through /etc/init.d/radiator or somewhere.  It works fine if start under /etc/radiator, because a dictionary file is there.
 
If so, why and how can I start it automatically.
