(RADIATOR) Request: Change Default of DateFormat (for SQL-Statements)

Hi,

I would find it more easy to handle, to set the default DateFormat from
the current '%b %e, %Y %H:%M' to '%b %e, %Y %H:%M:%S' .... This would
make entries into databases without having to write a DateFormat per
Handler (YES, I'm LAZY :-), because seconds are needed for all the nice
little bills, when your marketing department demands second-wise billing
:-)

regards
Martin Wallner
