(RADIATOR) Add hooks for LEA

Hello Kevin -

You can use a PostAuthHook if the results of the AuthBy SQL clause  
are involved.

There are a number of example hooks in "goodies/hooks.txt".

If you need something developed we offer contract services.

NB:

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/
