(RADIATOR) Login Banner being sent as Username?

High Hugh,

Probably spoke up a little too soon (sorry, lack of sleep + 
frustration!). Looking at the trace 4 debug, it looks like its only our 
console/terminal servers and it's the devices connected to those console 
lines logging back in.

Cisco config issue, nothing to do with Radiator (though really weird our 
old TACACS software didn't show us those particular authentication 
failures when it clearly showed others not working).
