Hello Kevin -
Could you please try the following and let me know the results:
cd /your/Radiator/distribution
perl radiusd -foreground -log_stdout -trace 4 -config_file goodies/
simple.cfg
then in another terminal window:
cd /your/Radiator/distribution
perl radpwtst
You could also try installing ActivePerl from ActiveState
(www.activestate.com) and test with that.
