(RADIATOR) AuthPLSQL.pm install

Hi Hugh:

I cannot seem to install AuthPLSQL.pm from the 'goodies' directory via
PPM using ActivePerl 5.8.8

The package does not list as an option too install, I have placed it in
the perl/lib directory...?
