(RADIATOR) Problems with AuthBy LSA

Trying to perform authby lsa on a windows 2003 server using Radiator
3.16 with patches up to 070207

Config file is attached along with the logfile

Note, the radiator auth and acct ports are non standard due to the fact
that this box is currently running SBR radius on the normal ones.

Basically, I'm trying to auth from a vista box using the native client
and there is an error in the Authby LSA module
