According to IANA (http://www.iana.org/assignments/enterprise- 
numbers) MikroTik is enterprise number 14988:

The query you show below appears to be for Cisco:

You will need to do some experiments to ascertain how to query the  
device correctly.

Typically your code should query the NAS with the session id and  
check the name that is returned.

See the examples in "Radius/Nas/*.pm".
