(RADIATOR) Radiator, RedHat AS4 and CRLs

Hi evribody,
I am trying to install Radiator on RedHat AS 4 platform and I was wondering
how to check of the CRL for EAP-TLS authentication.
After some fruitless attempts, I verified on the Radiator documentation that
the CRL control foresees the Net_SSLeay installation  version 1.30 or
superior, that I can't find available on the RH AS 4 platform.
So, I ask you:
            - confirmation of the impossibility to use the CRL control with
prior versions of perl Net_SSLeay
            - possible workaround to resolve the problem on the RH AS 4
platform
