(RADIATOR) New AuthBy PRESENCESQL module

Hello all,

we have just posted the beta version of the new AuthBy PRESENCESQL module. 
This module is designed to be able to answer user presence requests from 
RADIUS clients. 

Special Access-Requests
formatted with Service-Type=Call-Check-User are replied with Access-Accept
containing OSC-User-Presence-Indicator, OSC-User-Presence-Location
OSC-User-Presence-Timestamp indicating whether and where the user is last
logged in. Can be used by RADIUS enabled VOIP routing modules to send callsto 
the last known location for that user etc. Supports
mapping of NAS IDs into readable location names etc. Handles common RADIUS 
accounting out-of-order and missing data issues.
