(RADIATOR) Diameter Host-IP-address in CEA

Hi!

Address Family issue solved now, thank You.

Now next problem with CER/CEA sequence:

Host-IP-Address AVP in CEA is wrong. Currently it is same as other host 
address, but must be own address.
In my example it must be 192.168.44.29 instead of 192.168.24.254.

Log file and Ethereal log files attached.
