(RADIATOR) Dictionary updates

Hello Jose -

You will find the current SIP attributes in "dictionary.sip" in the  
Radiator 3.16 patches.

I will add the others to the standard dictionary and it too will be  
available in the patches.

NB:

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/ 
radiator)?
