(RADIATOR) How to send accounting logs to SYSLOG

Vangelis, if you are going to use syslog to handle accounting data,
please take into consideration that syslog is an unreliable protocol,
it uses UDP transport and has no support for retransmissions, so if a
datagram gets lost in transit, you risk losing the whole accounting
record.
