(RADIATOR) Problem with AuthBy SQL on Windows (not Linux) after upgrade from 3.16 to 3.17.1

Hello Jason,

thanks for reporting this.
It appears to be caused by a recent patch that is incompatible with your 
version of Perl.
We have now adjusted this patch so that it will be compatible.
The new patch is available in the latest patch set.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
