(RADIATOR) PEAP support on Redhat

Is it possible to use radiator running on Redhat to support PEAP?
I've got it working at the moment by proxying to radiator server on 
Windows, but I've prefer just to run it on Redhat.
I believe in the past the issue was the perl modules required for 
windows authentication would only run on windows.
