(RADIATOR) AuthNTLM patch for UsernameMatchesWithoutRealm flag

Hi,

We needed the attached patch in order to authenticate with
PEAP/EAP-MSCHAPv2 against AuthNTLM while using usernames of the form
user at realm.
Any chance it could be included in the next release?
