(RADIATOR) Radiator now supports SafeWord Premier Access tokens

We are pleased to announce that Radiator now supports SafeWord Premier Access.
We have released a new AuthBy SAFEWORD module, that authenticates directly to
a local or remote SafeWord PremierAccess server.  

Supports PAP, CHAP, TTLS-PAP, EAP-OTP and EAP-GTC. Supports password
changing. Supports fixed (static) passwords and SafeWord Silver and Gold
tokens.

The new AuthBy SAFEWORD module and an example configuration file are available
now in the latest Radiator patch set.
