(RADIATOR) PM3 and completing Authenication

Thank you guys for all your help.

Martin - Thanks for the suggestion of putting the 'ignoreacctsignature' in the 
config and upping the timeout feature on the PM3.  That, combined with using 
the debug feature on the PM3s to find out the shared secret was wrong, got 
everything working for me.  We're now running radiator through all the PM3's 
and it's working great!
