(RADIATOR) AuthBy TEST while using AuthBy SQLRADIUS

I am trying to figure out how to use AuthBy TEST while I am using AuthBy
SQLRADIUS. I currently use the RADSQLRADIUS and RADSQLRADIUSINDIRECT
tables in a wholesale scenario. I would like to know how I would set an
individual ISP in the RADSQLRADIUS to AuthBy TEST if they are having
problems with their radius server.
