(RADIATOR) radpwtst kills radiator

Hi:

We've installed X11 and setup radpwtst -gui.  It works, but I have  
something wrong as every test request to the radius server kills the  
server with the following error message:

Undefined subroutine &Radius::Util::inet_ntop called at /usr/bin/ 
radiusd line 624.

The module is located at /Library/Perl/5.8.1/Radius/Util.pm

About a year ago we applied the 3.8 patch, but never used radpwtst  
until now....
