(RADIATOR) Stop Arrives before Start

Hi All.
I use
Radiator 3.12 on linux with Oracle

I have a strange problem
since the last week, we are receiving the Acct-Stop event BEFORE the
Acct-Start Event so my radonline table is getting crazy
We think it MUST be a weird network behavior. but I want to ask if somebody
has experienced the same problem and how can be solved.

one more thing: recently we had to use a PrehandlerHook which does 6 queries
into a database to add/remove realms to the usernames.
Could this be the reason for the Stop/Start problem ..?
