(RADIATOR) DHCP server with Radius support?

Hello all,

I could not find a DHCP server sw that "converts" all DHCP requests
into radius request that I could authenticate with Radiator. Option 82
is also a must.
In a Radiator reference manual I could find (on page 200, under 5.96)
some directions to isc.org but I could not find what I was looking for
on their page.
Can anyone share their experience on that field or point me to some
direction?
