(RADIATOR) Use PostAuthHook to assgm private addresses?

I want to be able to assign non-routable IPs to all failed authentication requests in addition to logging the reason for failure. So far it appears that I need to use a PostAuthHook but that's all I've figured out so far.  I'd also like the IPs assigned to come from the pool of private addresses that are allocated via <AuthBy DYNADDRESS>
