(RADIATOR) Diameter support for Radiator

[dhk] Are you saying that Radiator would automatically detect any
DIAMETER requests coming in from any of the clients and then convert and
handle them dynamically alongside normal RADIUS requests?

Also, how would Radiator handle features in DIAMETER requests which are
not supported under the RADIUS protocol?
