(RADIATOR) MD5 Salt Encrypted VSA's

Hey there,

We have a need to generate VSA's that are MD5 Salt Encrypted and were 
wondering if this was possible with the radpwtst tool or if there were any 
client utilities that people were using to generate requests with these 
attributes.

This is primarily for COA type messages so a standard radius reply wont 
help. (the server needs to generate these, not as a reply to a NAS Access 
Request)
