Thanks for the debug.
As you can see, the module that is missing is Authen/Krb5.pm.

As discussed in the manual, Authen::Krb5 is available from CPAN or
from ActiveState.
You should use ppm to install it like this:
ppm> install Authen-Krb5
The AuthBy KRB5 clause (Radius/AuthKRB5.pm) is part of the Radiator
distribution.
See section 6.57 in the Radiator reference manual ("doc/ref.html").

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/
radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
