(RADIATOR) DecryptPassword option in AuthEXTERNAL

Hello

After install of last version of Radiator DecryptPassword option in AuthEXTERNAL 
clause don't work. I found in AuthEXTERNAL.pm that this option works only with 
'string' attribute but in new dictionary type of User-Password changed to 
'binary'. Workaround is change type of User-Password attribute back to 'string'. 
Please, correct it in the distribution.
