(RADIATOR) creating proxy class from soaprequest.wsdl

Hi,
 
I'm trying to create a proxy class from the supported soaprequest.wsdl
delivered with the radiator server but I can't. 
I use the wsdl.exe utility from vs 2003. It gives the following error:
 
Unable to import binding 'RadiusSoapBinding' from namespace
'http://open.com.au/Radius/SOAPRequest'.
-          Element message named radiusRequest from namespace
http://open.com.au/Radius/SOAPRequest is missing.
 
 
Can you help me?
