(RADIATOR) Converting from Livingston user files to Radmin

Hi all,

I've got a bunch of Livingston user files that I should convert to Radmin
format, and before I start coding a conversion script I would like to know
if somebody has made something similar before or there exists any tool or
starting point that helps me.
