(RADIATOR) Cisco 3640: Missing Framed-IP in Accounting

We use a Cisco 3640 and a 4 port ATM-IMA card to do PPPoA for reselling 
DSL service.  Everything works great with Radiator except the 
Framed-IP-Address never gets sent in the Accounting-Request 'Start'.  I 
do see it in the Accounting-Request 'Stop'.

I know this is a Cisco specific question, but I can't seem to find 
anything from their support tools.
