Hello Chris -
You should use the "goodies/sybaseCreate.sql" table creation script for 
MS-SQL (msql is a different database altogether).
And there is an example configuration file that shows how to use a 
session database in "goodies/radmin.cfg".
BTW - the latest version is Radiator 3.12.
