(RADIATOR) prepaid by credit

I am developing a prepaid system for a phone company.
We are using radiator as radius server.

What we need is to have a script executed when there is an accounting start to translate the customer's credit in session-timout seconds.
When there is an accounting stop the server has to execute another script to translate the session-time in money spent and update the credit.

How to accomplish this?
