(RADIATOR) Accounting Stop messages from 3Com 4400 not handled

Hello Chris -
You are getting this error because there is no Realm or Handler to
match the request - probably because there is no username.
You can add a <Realm> or a <Handler> clause to catch these sorts of
requests.

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/
