(RADIATOR) Radiator 3.13 on Centos4

If Radiator isn't logging a reason, it's probably not a trapped
exception. In other words, it's not something that Radiator is expecting
either.
You might check your main system logfile to see if something else is
happening, such as running out of process space, memory, etc...
